Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
Shipping Timelines
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this value
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional convenience fee
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across most pin codes in India.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment in real time through the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
Re-dispatch may incur additional shipping charges.
Packaging
All JIHI products are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We recommend recording an unboxing video for any claims related to damage or incorrect items, as per our return policy .
