Refund policy
At JIHI, we strive to ensure you love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Key Policy Highlights
- Timeframe: Return or Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Refund Mode: We offer Store Credit only for all approved returns. No monetary refunds (Bank/UPI/Card) are provided.
- Proof Requirement: An unboxing or unpackaging video is mandatory for any claim related to damaged, defective, or wrong products. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue observed. Claims without a valid unboxing or unpackaging video will not be accepted.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or if you wish to swap for a different product.
- Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange for a different size. This is subject to stock availability.
- Product Exchange: You may exchange your item for a different design. If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid at checkout. If it is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit.
- How to Initiate: Visit our returns portal, upload clear photos of the product and tags, and select the exchange option.
3. Return Policy (Store Credit)
If you do not wish to exchange the product, you may return it for store credit.
- Store Credit: Once the return is picked up and passes our quality check, we will issue store credit via email.
- Validity: Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
We take great care in quality control, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the defect and the outer packaging.
- An unboxing or unpackaging video is mandatory for any claim. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue observed.

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- Pickup: We offer reverse pickup services for most pin codes in India.
- Self-Ship: If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the item. We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹200 as store credit upon providing a valid shipping receipt.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.
- Personalized or custom-made clothing.
- Innerwear, masks, or accessories (if applicable).
